Refund policy

Effective 18 October 2026.

14 days. If Pro does not work on your bank's CSV, you get your money back.

How it works

  1. Try your bank's CSV in the free version before you buy: it shows whether the file is read correctly.
  2. If you bought Pro and it does not work on your bank's CSV, email chtiwe007@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used for the purchase and the name of your bank. Do not send your statement; the column headers (first line of the file, no transactions) are enough if you want help.
  3. The seller may first try to make your file work. If it still does not work, the purchase is refunded in full through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take several days to show it.

After a refund the license key stops working and Pro locks again; the free version remains available.

Outside these cases

Pro is a digital license that works immediately, so refunds after 14 days, or because you changed your mind about a product that works on your file, are at the seller's discretion. Rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live are not affected.
